The general meeting of The Million Dollar Band Association was held on September 20, 2003.  President Ramona Tarica welcomed everyone to the Sudler Celebration and our general meeting.
President Tarica asked that we bow our heads for a silent prayer in memory of our friends who are no longer with us.The minutes of our last general meeting and our treasurer's report were published in our MDBA Newsletter.  There was a motion and second from the general membership to approve both reports as published in the Newsletter.  The minutes and treasurer's report were approved by voice vote.

President Tarica noted that our officers would remain in office for one more year.  A nominating committee will be formed to nominate new officers for 2005.  If anyone would like to serve on the Board, please contact Mrs. Tarica.

Mrs. Tarica announced the MDB Experience on the quad and urged everyone to visit the tent and support the MDB.  She reminded everyone that our purpose is to raise money for our scholarship endowment fund.  She also asked for volunteers to help with the tent.
